Before You Send A Ban Appeal

⚠ If you make your ban appeal public we will automatically reject your ban appeal and hide it from the public.

Ban appeals are not a guarantee. We issue bans based on evidence. Ban appeals can take up to 14 days for a response. We do not reply to ban appeals on weekends or public holidays.

If you have been VAC banned: We cannot remove the ban. We do not manage VAC. Do not send us a ban appeal about it.

No other member or player can inform you on your ban reason or assist with your ban appeal. Only use the our official ban appeal form on this page to get information on your ban. We do not have shadow moderators.

Only Appeal If...

You should only appeal if you've been banned from Tower Unite Official Servers/Chat and...

  • Your ban is more than 4 days

  • You believe you have been wrongly accused. This is rarely the case, as we ban only with evidence

  • You feel that your ban/punishment is over excessive or unfair

Note: We have a zero tolerance ban policy regarding racism, transphobia, homophobia, anti-semitism, and any other forms of discrimination. Usage of known racial slurs will get you permanently banned and you may not be able to appeal the ban.

Do NOT Appeal If...

  • You've been VAC banned. We do not manage VAC and we cannot unban you from VAC. You can read more about this here: https://forums.pixeltailgames.com/t/support-faq/46751/24

  • Your ban is less than 4 days

  • You've been caught hacking on our servers and wish to make an "apology"

  • Your "brother/friend/family member" used your account and got you banned. Your account - your responsibility

  • We've banned you severely in the past

  • You were banned from a user hosted Condo, Game World, or non-official server. Condo owners have the ability to ban users from their own Condos and we have no say on those types of bans

Ban Appeal Process

  1. Go to: towerunite.com/appeal
  2. Read the Rules and Guidelines
  3. Scroll down to your "Active Bans"
  4. Select "Appeal"
  5. Appeal your ban following the instructions in the box provided and submit it.

Use Only Official Form For Appeals

Use only the appeal form above. Ban appeals sent anywhere else will be discarded as they are not submitted to the official location. No other member or player can inform you on your ban reason, or assist with your ban appeal. We do not have shadow moderators, so be wary of anyone who claims they are a moderator - they are not. Our moderators will never share personal information or attempt to discuss bans publicly.

Explain Your Appeal

Your appeal should include detailed information on why you are requesting an appeal. Try to provide evidence (screenshots or video) that may help your appeal.

Be Respectful

Be Respectful: Any appeal submitted that includes profanity, threats, or inappropriate behavior will result in the ban appeal being rejected, and may increase any existing bans.

Failure to follow these guidelines will have your ban appeal rejected.

After you submit your appeal, it will be reviewed by a human moderator. Ban appeals can take up to 14 days for a response. We do not reply to ban appeals on weekends or public holidays.

Checking Appeal Status / Information

You can check your appeal's status on the towerunite.com/appeal page. If your ban appeal has been accepted or rejected, the status will appear there, along with any moderator notes, if applicable.

Bans may only be appealed once every 2 months.

Discord Bans/Timeout Information

You may appeal Discord bans through this form: Discord Appeal Form

Discord timeouts may display as 7 days, but may actually be shorter in length. This is because Discord only allows us to issue 1 day or 7 day timeouts and nothing in between.

Discord timeouts are warnings to stop current bad behavior in our Discord.
